Hi Casey, from memory, while there may not be any issues installing or using the V14 IDE itself with V14, you will definitely have issues when attempting to run web pages or anything that uses the listener as per the info on LANSA V14 index page.

I spotted this too when installing V16 on a new PC a few days ago and when I raised it with local support I was told that this was probably not what it should be and I had 2 choices in how to proceed
- leave it as it is and the folder will be created and apart from not looking 'in synch ...

As we can see from your screenshot, the location of the web logs is c:\windows\temp, this C:\Windows\Temp location is effectively %TEMP% when IIS is running as a service. The most obvious explanation is that you don't have the authority to write to the c:\windows\temp location.
