Re: WLWEB in Longrange Webview

Thanks Tony. It was my fault - I'd left the fit to width off my appbar in the layout.

Sorry to bother you guys but thanks for the help.

We are presenting a VLWEB inside a whitebox longrange app. The longrange page has a webview occupying the entire client area and then we set the url to the VLWEB app. This works fine but if you swipe your finger left or right the web page moves over exposing blank space and then bouncing back. I've ...

Also there is something called db2 text extender which allows google type text searches over iseries tables.

Re: Integrator-Processing unknown JSON fragments

It is possible that LI cannot handle this situation. I would look at LANSA's new HTTP & JSON functionality which is much less restrictive. If you search for json on this forum you will find several examples. I have changed REST type function from LI to use these new services and it's pretty quick an...

Re: Downloading PDFs using WAMS

Abels, thank you for that it makes sense. I've never used WAMs as they were originally designed - only as a way of delivering content (eg pdfs or json).

Re: Downloading PDFs using WAMS

the Response object doesn't have a 'show_in_new_window property and if I don't set the file name property the user won't see the correct file name.

#wrk5000 := #item.asstring I get #wrk5000 (string) is not assignment compatible with #item.assstring. There is no AsNative String method

Have you installed all EPCs? I had similar issues last year but they were fixed by getting current on updates.

VLWEB Color picker

Unlike VL for Windows VLWEB has no color picker control. I imagine that this can be provided using a widget around a JavaScript control. Has anyone done this or can recommend a good (touch friendly) control.
