I have an interesting requirement for a VLF Windows application. I would like to prompt most users to log in to start the VLF application, except for a select group of users. For this special group, I simply want them to double-click on their shortcut and the application will launch using a hard coded superserver connection (so that they do not need to log in manually). The only solution I see is to write a custom login screen (AvPrivateConnect), where I check the username first and then decide whether to prompt or auto-initiate the login. I was wondering if other fellow VLF folks have done something similar and also what solution they've implemented.
