Remove Local Throttling

Remove Local Throttling

Please remove the localhost throttling in VLWEB.

I can't tell you how many times I am working through a scenario and everything locks up it waits for the a throttled request to complete.

This is VERY frustrating as I think something has gone wrong only to realize I am fighting VLWeb's runtime.

In Chrome you see the request as "pending" as it waits for about 30-60 seconds before executing picks back up and I can continue.

I think the cause is the highlighted product.
