Problem clicking on a row in list on webpage

Post by John »

Hi,

Depending how my web browser window is sized, affects my ability to click on rows towards the top of the list.

eg 1.
At this size, you can see when my mouse hovers over the 1st row, it is highlighted and I can therefore double-click on it. Also, when I hover over, say, the Phone column of the 1st row, I can't double-click on the row to display the popup panel that is supposed to display on the double-click event.

eg 2.
When I resize the window smaller, like this, I can only highlight the 4th row and below and not rows 1 to 3.

Different sizings of the window affect which of the top rows I can highlight. I'm baffled why this could be?

Anyone's help would be much appreciated :-)
Thanks,
john.

Hi John,

This looks as if what you are seeing highlighted in the lighter shade is the focus item and in the darker shade is the selected item, it should have nothing to do with the sizing of the web page and it is probably more likely to be the mouse hovering over a certain item. I could be wrong, and if it is being affected by the page sizing rather than being the focus item please send this to your regional support office.

Regards,
James
