Does anyone know how to customize RAMP's MainLogin screen?

I'd like to be able to issue messages or show the aXes login screen using RAMP script.
It would be even better if I could assign a user-created screen using reusable part.
I'm using VLF-WIN RAMP-TS v15.
I'd appreciate any ideas.
