Hi.
Just wondered if LANSA Mobile can be white-labelled as a custom app (with hardcoded URLs etc) and made available via the app stores?
Cheers for now.
Marcus.

Marcus,
Yes it can if that what you need.
You are also able as I have done, to write pure mobile apps that run offline if needed, but are deployed by saving the webpage to a devices home screen.
Cheers
Greg

Just curious if anyone is willing to share their input or experience with the Lansa Mobile white labelling?
I am reviewing the application, and the LongRange Custom Version information pages, so just in the beginning steps of this process.

Hi Arlyn
Just one thing if you go the way of white labeling - lansa mobile custom-
Same with the old way - longrange custom-
Using the menu and options from the app, makes harder to implement changes, as you will need to (re) publish a change to your application with requires several steps and involve work with the developers for that.
It's easier if you make your application in a way that calls only one program or initial page. Your program control their menu, login, etc as with any web page. If you need to make a change to your application, you just do that, compile in your server and you are done. No need to contact lpc, Google, apple.
