VLF-Wam 13.2 Anchors is a list sometimes replaced by text

Hello,
This is another VLF-WAM LANSA 13.2 question.
We would like to use anchors in a list but not on all lines. When the anchor is not needed, we would like to replace it with text coming from a field in the list.
The Hide_If property replaces the anchor with blanks and we cannot put our text as a replacement.
This is an example of what we want to optain:
