Moving PRIM_PPNL outside the edge of parent

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to move a PRIM_PPNL object over the edge of the parent.
The default beaviour of the panel is to block the drag when one of its border reach the parent border.
I need to set something like "overflow: hidden" at the parent so the panel can be dragged outside the border.
