In my repository I have files that we imported from the Iseries but they show up twice in my Repository list, once with the library that the physical file is in and once with the library as DCXDEVDTA. Would it be safe to delete the DCXDEVDTA entry from my Respository and the Master Repository?

Should be ok

Take a backup using Quick Export if you are cautious.

The reason you get those entries is that there is an option when importing to specify the library. I always use "Use the partition data library" in that case.
