Axes window size is not fitting into screen size accordingly in VLF-ONE

Hi Team,
When axes screens are loaded in VLF-ONE there seem to be issues in maximising and resizing it to normal window size. For example when we view axes screens in maximise mode, the screen fits perfectly into window size accordingly. But when we choose the option 'Restore to last normal size' then screen is loading only half ie it hides the buttons that appear in the bottom and the scroll bar doesn't comes. I have attached screen shot for both cases.
It is our observation that screen is not refreshing every time when viewed from maximise to other mode. The screen layout stays as fixed/static or in other words technically the screen size is not adjusted when toggling options(maximise/restore to last normal size). Please consider this case as we foresee this as a very common issue that occurs in most of the cases.
First screen shot(axes_screens_maximise.png) refers to axes screens loading properly when maximised. Second screen shot(axes_screens_tonormal.png) refers to axes screens that doesn't loads accordingly to the window size when restore to last normal size is chosen.
Note: Additionally we have also checked the ramp layout style as 'Flow Layout' in Details tab in Ramp Tools which should ideally load and fits the screens accordingly to the specified window size.
