PRIM_MD.Dropdown Icons

Hi. I have a PRIM_MD.Dropdown with icons that would be different for each entry. I noticed that the dropdown list displays after the Icon and this pushes the suggestions to the right.
In a small display like in the sample below, the Dropdown Entries are not visible anymore except if the Dropdown's total width is increased. Is there a way to re-adjust the dropdown list so that it can have a negative margin equal to the icon width?
