Hide the Url in browser on mobile VL-WEB

Hi.
Is it possible to hide the url in the browser on a mobile so we can use the entire screen?
another issue is that it is like I can move the entire page (application) up and down in the browser on the Iphone. I have a layout with 3 rows - header,main and bottom. I want it to fill the entire browser and it should not be possible to move it up and down.
