When will LANSA Mobile on Windows 10 get fixed?

We have a production down problem. LANSA mobile just plain crashes. We've sent Event viewers, logs, everything we can. Jim Keating told me that it's been identified as a defect. Jim also told me that Lansa Mobile on iOS 13 is broken and that takes precedence for LPC.

What if that takes 2 weeks to figure out? 2 Months? I can't get my problem fixed?

Jim Keating has been excellent communicating, but he can't do anything for me. Who is next in line to ask for some help?

I am using LANSA Mobile as well. In what situations does it crash? Maybe there is a work around which can be developed...but I would need the details of what is occurring in your crash.

In LANSA Mobile windows if you have a url with & in the url it will crash and attempt to do #sys_web.navigate to that url. There is a fix for that which I have tested and it works ok but it has not been published yet, as far as I know. By crash I mean it will close LANSA Mobile window.

e.g.

#wNewUrl := "/cgi-bin/lansaweb?w=ccxtest2s&r=HelloPDF&p=" + *PARTITION
#sys_Web.Navigate Url(#wNewUrl) Target(New)

I don't know of any other scenarios which crash, so just curious.

It will crash sometimes when capturing images. We click the camera button and invoke the camera widget. The screen will show white (instead of the image) and then crash.

Other times It's when we click save in our app. It crashes when it starts to upload the images to the server routine.

Event viewer showed some errors with chakra.dll. Googling that says it's a JS thing that was opensourced by Microsoft

it Is unless nothing’s happening. Since I posted this we’ve had a few interactions. I sent logs and a url so LPC could test our app directly on Our server Friday.

Hopefully I’ll hear soon.

Is it possible to control a USB camera in VL?
