I was wondering if it is possible to add a popup menu/window to the navigation menu's business objects? Meaning that when the user opens up the menu, they would have the ability to right click on a business object and either have a popup window come up or a menu come up to select an option.

I don't think it is currently possible to do that.

You could perhaps request an enhancement.
