We have a program on a customer's ibmi that will start aXes. This program works on all of our other customers, but will not work on this one customer. We get the error "Not authorized to object. /axes_prod/configs/aXesW3.conf". We bring down axes every night to run night jobs and then restart all of the jobs needed. The user that starts these jobs has the authority of (*ALLOBJ *AUDIT *IOSYSCFG *JOBCTL *SAVSYS *SECADM *SERVICE *SPLCTL).
/axes_prod/configs authority is *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE. Just like it is on all of our customers. /axes_prod/configs/aXesW3.conf authority is *PUBLIC *R. Just like it is on all of our customers. With all of this authority why do we still get the message "Not authorized to object. /axes_prod/configs/aXesW3.conf". The program was compiled with USRPRF *OWNER.

I know you said user that starts job is *ALLOBJ but you might want to check to see if the user is authorized to the parent directories.
