Make web page use whole browser window

I thought I'd asked this question before, but I can't find it.
I want a web page to take the whole available browser tab. When I size my browser tab, the top level web page doesn't shrink or expand.

hello Art, i suggest using the table layout. these options for Size below(encircled) should make the webpage fit the width of the browser window

In this case those are the layout options I'm using but it's not working. I'll go back and reveiw.

A web page will always fill the entire browser. The question is then the content. All my VLWEB apps use a View Container - which fills the whole page and all associated View fill the entire client area if the Container - I don't know how to make them NOT fit?
