Custom Fonts VLFONE

Hi All,
When customizing themes, you have the ability to choose any font that is installed on your machine. I confirmed this with Lansa Support and if you want to use a font that is not installed on your machine, you simply install it.
The problem I'm having is that, on my machine when I login to my VLFONE application, I am able to see the new font, but on other devices that don't have the font installed it defaults to a standard Windows font.
Is there a way to make the new font visible on everyone's device or do I just have to stick to the standard Windows fonts?
For reference, please see below 2 images. First one the first 3 fonts are all different (ie, the word Spectral is the Spectral font) but in the 2nd image the first 3 all default to a WIndows standard font.
