Derived App Cache Entries

Can anyone shed some light for me on how the "Derived App Cache Entries" list is built or maintained when you enable off line support for a VL Web page?
My assumption was that only items specifically related to the VL Web page (views, dialogs, s/m, r/p, etc.) would be listed. But, I am seeing various other components that are not related to this VL web? And if I right-click on one of these unrelated objects, the Remove is not active (grayed out).

Is there some specific step(s) I need to follow when enabling a VL web page for off line support?

How can you maintain, or edit, the items in the Derived App Cache Entries?

Hi Arlyn,

If you switch over to the 'Resourses' tab in the editor you should be able to remove the unrelated objects from there, which will inturn remove them from the 'Derived App Cache'.

James,
When I look in the Resource tab, I see a few of the original Views/Dialogs that were from the initial wizard build, but none of the Resources that show up in the Derived App Cache Entries?

In the Derived App Cache Entries, the Theme, bitmap images, and the ix prefixed components belong with this VL web application, but most of the others do not. I would like to remove them from this listing, as they are not needed in this applicaiton?
