Licensing issue with multiple simultaneous users on LANSA web application

Good afternoon,
We are about to go live for the first time with a LANSA web application and have some questions regarding user management and licensing.
Currently. In the web application, the user context changes dynamically and is passed to the server module, but in the Web Administrator there is only one user defined — MANAGER.However, we have noticed that when two users access the application simultaneously and make calls to the server, we receive the following error:
"Application server does not have a valid licence"
We do not fully understand why this happens, and we are concerned this issue might affect us in the production environment.
Our main questions are:
• Do we need to create a separate user in the Web Administrator for each actual user accessing the web application?
• Could this licensing error be related to the way we are handling user sessions or the single user setup?
• How should user licensing and session management be handled correctly in a LANSA web environment to avoid this issue?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for your support.

Have you loaded the lxx and web license in the server?
Ibm or windows?
I don't think you need to define two users for that. Once the production licenses (lxx web) are loaded, you have unlimited number of users, so far I knew
