List Control & ipad keyboard
List Control & ipad keyboard
Whenever I touch a entry in a list the on-screen keyboard pops up. I do I suppress this. There are no input fields in the list
Re: List Control & ipad keyboard
In fact the fields are input capable on the ipad.
If I touch them once the line is hightlighted and the keyboard pops-up, when I touch again an insert cursor is displayed and I can type into the cell.
This doesn't happen in the browser.

Re: List Control & ipad keyboard
Touching a dropdown list also invokes the on-screen keyboard a though I don't see what you can type.

Re: List Control & ipad keyboard
You should only get a keyboard if the column is input capable.
I've tried a list on my iPhone and that's behaving as expected.
I think you'll need to provide a sample to the support guys.

What makes a column input capable?

Re: List Control & ipad keyboard
The ColumnReadonly property will be unchecked, unless the cells are being set at runtime.
Re: List Control & ipad keyboard
I didn't know about about ColumnReadOnly but it appears to be the default and I've never had this issue until I started experimenting on the ipad.
I'll try to create and example for supprot.
