VLF-ONE Responsive Commands and Filters

Is there anyway to have responsive command and filter panels in VLF-ONE?

When not using VLF-ONE, I can use Designs and hook into the DesignChanged event to change layouts, panels etc., anyway to do something similar in VLF-ONE?

Never mind, I just realized I can use designs in the commands handlers.
