Unable to view Axes Screens in VLF-ONE using LANSA Version 14

Post by leojp »

Hi Team,

We have upgraded our lansa VLF from version 13 to version 14. We have imported the xml files in the current version and executed application as 'VLF-ONE' in chrome browser. We uploaded the script and when executed observed that axes screens were not loading for any screens.

Attached is the sequences of screen shots for your reference. Please let me know if something we miss at our end.

The issue is that the aXes server did not respond with a 5250 screen within the timeout period.
This could be caused by many things - often a configuration or authority issue.

You can try running with &Trace=System on the URL to see if that reveals something about the cause.

Failing that, get a Fiddler trace http://www.telerik.com/fiddler.
Always clear the browser cache before capturing a Fiddler trace.
Have a look at that for any obvious errors - this is typically where configuration errors are easily seen.

If you can't determine the cause of the problem yourself with Fiddler send the all the details and the Fiddler trace to your local support organization.
You local support person may be able to get onto a shared screen session and walk you through this.
