WAM and VL Web page interoperability

Post by wadhwani »

I am in the process of starting to use Web pages to replace portions of my WAM applications. I know how to have my existing WAMs call a VL Web page using server modules and additional data in local storage to pass data into.

However I have the need to do the opposite in some situations where I have a new VL Web page where I still need to call an existing WAM (under session management) and also pass some additional parameters. Can anybody give me some assistance or suggestions on how to do this. Documentation does not really help.

Thanks

I asked support about this maybe a year ago and was told the sessions can't be shared.

I know going the other way, sessions can be shared. I have done so in the past.

I will put a ticket into support today to clarify.
