Heap list completed

Hi Guy's,

one lansa job which is running in background to generate HTM and convert in to PDF.
In some of the occasion ,the job is getting crashed and error is capturing as 'Heap list completed'.

Please advise,How to fix this heap related issue?

Hi Prakash,

This type of inquiry is best dealt with by the support team.

Also note that the info provided in your post is not enough.

You should include the Lansa version, joblog, OS/400 version, maybe some info related to the application like how's the job started, frequency of the crash and anything else you think may be relevant.
