CLOB not loading ( Other file )

CLOB not loading ( Other file )

We are running a Visual Lansa Web application (V14.1) and we have encoutered the following problem :
We are loading a file from AS400 , Via Other File , with a CLOB field having SSCID 1208(UTF8) .When we preview the file the CLOB field is missing.
If we alter the field’s CCSID from 1208 to 895 and reload the same file , the CLOB field is present.
I have attached print screens with the field definiton in AS400.
