trial download is failing

Hi,

Besides trying many solutions (firewall, odbc pilote disabled, reset ports...) l cannot install the trial version.
I am getting this error: a network error occured trying to verify details. Please check your internet connection and try again.

Any idea ?

Hi Jabid

In order to install the trial version, you need to use a corporative email, not a free one (like gmail,hotmail,etc). That is most times the reason for that particular error.
If you contact your representative, they can assist you with the installation as well.

Hi Dino,

Yes, you're right but.... l do use corporate email.
They may have registered me with a "first" gmail when l get in touch with Lansa first time...
