VLF_ONE (V15) and export to excel in instancelist

VLF_ONE (V15) and export to excel in instancelist

Hi.

I have a vlf_one application. When I run the application on my development server I am able to click on the icon "send to excel" and the the instancelist is send to excel. The file is named eg Spreadsheet__20220228105148.csv and works fine.

When I move the application to the production server I can still click on the icon, but the excel file do not have any data. The naming of the file on the production server is eg: __20220228105148.csv
None of filters/instancelist is working on the production server.

What am I missing on the production server?

Hi Klaus,
Assuming that VLF is correctly deployed to production and your application, maybe some mismatch configuration in Apache or authority problem in the folders. I suggest open a case with support to review.
