How to use #PRIM_MD.ProgressBar

Can't find any examples in the Docs, I've used the Windows style one before, thought I'd give this one a try.

Hi Art,

In the 'Explore the Material Design Controls' from the IDE there is an example. The View component name is xMdProgress (identifier XMDPROGRE).
