Change time format of #PRIM_MD.DateTime

Change time format of #PRIM_MD.DateTime

Hi,

I was wondering if it at all possible to change the display format to 24 hour format instead of AM/PM:

When I select the hours, the hours are in 24 hour format.
I also would like the seconds not to be displayed.
