RAMP: strange behaviour when working with aXes project

Post by Joerg Hamacher »

Hi,

I do not know if this question is correct here - but is concerning more VLF RAMP than aXes.
I encounter a very strange behaviour in RAMP.
My aXes screen is shown correctly when working in aXes environment with an aXes project

.

But when I work in VLF / RAMP tools all the images / icons are gone and only text is displayed - it does not matter which aXes project I use .

Ramp02.jpg

What is the reason?
What is the solution?
Authorities? Missing objects?

Best regards,
Jörg

Hi Jorg

You are showing the aXes Editor icons as not working.

In RAMP Tools does the screen show ok? Can you choreograph? Sometimes I use the editor to name Screens and fields on screens. These are the actions that should be done in RAMP Tools.

As for the images not loading - try this. Go to servers in your VLF definition and click the test button. This will open a page that runs VF_UM703_RTS_2.htm. You can add your project as a query variable.

Are the images loading. If they are loading and not in the RAMP Tools then I don't know what is going on. If they don't load you might have a better chance of working out why.

Look at developer tools to get a picture of what is happening.

Are you going through a reverse proxy which is renaming the paths. Though this would affect all of your aXes screens.
