Migrate Integrator Studio project from one LANSA install to another

Is there a recommended way to migrate an Integrator Studio project from one LANSA install to another? The source install version is different from the destination install version. Is copying the project's folder from the workspace folder of the source install to the workspace folder of the destination install sufficient?
