alt seq. table in logical table compilation / Lansa object

Post by EBOTS »

Hello can you guys/girls help me out.

I wonder if I deploy a compiled Lansa Table to a higher environment if the alt. seq table is part of the Lansa objects or do I need to move the alt. seq
table file to all the higher environments.
e.g.
So on the Iseries I guess in the QGPL lib I have an alt.seq table called MYTEST.
I successfully re-build the indexes views/oam for the new logical that uses the alt seq.table in dev.
I ask this question for the sake of maintainability.
If its not part of Lansa Objects then I need to figure out another solution.

I have no rights to move the object to higher environment myself hence I first check in this forum.

Kind Regards,
Erik

Looks like the alt. seq table is indeed part of the compiled whole, because the alt.sorting in the logical kept working when I deleted the alt. seq TBL from the LIB on the I-series.
