unable to login to URL of V13

While logging into devp environment URL we get below error message
Can someone please help me with this issue.

With same setting in TST URL its working fine.

Hi Pravik,

I think it's best to handle this issue via the usual support channels.

When you do, please supply a fiddler trace. It will most likely show an http error 500 when attempting to execute a program called VFW0205 meaning the program crashed on the server.
If the server is IBM, please check for a JOBLOG produced by the WEB job.
If Windows, please verify the existence of an x_err.log in <drive>:\windows\temp

Additional questions to provide to Lansa support:
1. When you initialized the partition, did you choose the options as in attached PartInit.png?
2. Has this development environment been working and then it stopped?
3. Please run the VLF with tracing on by adding trace=y to the URL copy/paste the content of the trace window in a text file.
